Keown Orchards is located on 175 acres of pristine farmland in Southern Worcester County. Two generations of the Keown family currently work on the orchard which was aquired by Arthur Daniel Keown and his wife Alice Dwelly(Keown) in 1924. From our stand showroom, you can see apples brought in from the field, the packing line in operation, and the beautiful trees laden with fruit - a true New England treasure. Our farm stand is located in scenic Sutton, Massachusetts. We are open daily from mid July through Christmas Eve. We offer a wide variety of apples (50 plus, many antique, and some so new that they have not been named yet!), as well as pears, peaches ,and many other fruits and vegetables. Fresh pressed apple cider is available and the aroma of fresh baked pies fills the air. Pick-your-own apples in September and October and a Great Pumpkin from our patch for Halloween. Order your Thanksgiving pies ahead of time and pick out a great tree & hand made wreath for the holiday season. Apple wood burning in the stove and fresh mulled cider keep the winter chill away. Come visit our Farm Stand - it will be our pleasure to welcome you. The members of our family want you "our customers" to know how much we appreciate you coming to our farm. We're a family farm and we can survive only through your continued support. Please tell your friends and neighbors about our family farm.
