Herb Sauce

1 c extra virgin olive oil

1/4 c white wine

1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp roasted garlic oil (substitute 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh garlic)

1 Tbsp each of the following fresh herbs:

lavender, rosemary, basil, chives, scallions, marjoram, sage, thyme, mint, parsley, cilantro, ginger, lemon zest

 

Dash of salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, sesame seeds (optional). In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
